My Journey Begins

I paid $36 and secured the best seat for myself. It was a pretty good decision. The seat was comfortable with a configuration of 3 x 3 x 3. It offered a pitch of 29–31 inches and a width of 17 inches. I felt that the seat was a bit outdated as compared to other flights.
Baggage Policy
British Airways baggage policy allows us to carry two bags, that is, carry on baggage and checked baggage. In the carry on baggage, the passengers are provided with one item of free small personal items and one free carry-on baggage. The weight of the free carry-on bag cannot exceed 23 kg or 22″ x 17.7″ x 9.8″ (56 cm x 45 cm x 25 cm) in dimensions. Also, the weight of the free small personal bag like a small suitcase and a handbag which you can take inside the cabin, cannot exceed 23 kg or 15.7″ x 5.9″ x 11.8″ (40 cm x 15 cm x 30 cm) in dimensions.
The checked baggage allowance depends on the cabin class you are flying in and on the route flown. As I was traveling in the Economy class, I was allowed for one or two free checked bags with a maximum weight of 23–32 kg.
Apart from the Economy Class, there are three more classes in British Airways. They are the Premium Economy, the Business Class, and the First Class.
Flight Entertainment
After the takeoff, I was all set for my inflight entertainment. I watched some movies and cartoons. For me, watching cartoons is the best way to entertain yourself, especially on a flight. The crew members were supportive and helpful. They offered some books and magazines to read during the flight.

Meal Options
British Airways offers a variety of meals and snacks in the flight, depending on the route and class flying. It also offers a special meal for the passengers, but you need to order at least 24 hours prior to flying.

Overall, my experience with British Airways was good, and I enjoy my journey. British Airways offers a great service. I must say I was very impressed by the service and assistance offered by the flight crew. The best thing about this trip was that I got the best services at a very reasonable price.
